UP Theatre is proudly entering its third season as Sudbury's only Not-For-Profit Musical Theatre Company to support local causes. The company's Founder and Artistic Director Megan Kolppanen, who was born, raised and educated in Northern Ontario, founded UP Theatre in 2010 to merge her love of Musical Theatre and volunteering in her local community. With each production, UP Theatre gives its participants the chance to be involved in the creation of every aspect of the show, from costuming to choreography, to gain experience for themselves or further theatre studies. We are very proud of our accomplishments both in producing new musical theatre content as well as our contributions to various charities with each show that we do.
